Week 2:

Program B was run on Sunday 16th October for week 2 of the season. We had a busy and chaotic start to the day. Moving tracks and changing days is hard work. A big thanks to all of you for your understanding and patience as we transitioned through to Diamond Valleys track. We hope you continue to show us your support throughout the season.

Week 3:

Opening Ceremony: Friday 21St October(Twilight)
Hi Metro Families. We will be running a Modified Program D this coming Friday evening. Program attached. As per previous post. Start time is 6pm sharp. Please arrive at 5:30 to be prepared for a warm up and smooth start to the evening. Program is modified as we will be holding the 2016-2017 Opening Ceremony as well as the Whittlesea City Plate. ( This is a separate 100M Handicap Race for girls and Boys in each age group with the fastest 100 M time. This will be determined after the 100M races are run. Athletes will only be doing three events.
Please note competition may run late:
We will have Green Hair Spray and all things Green. Feel free to spray your hair before you come or put Green Ribbons in your hair.

Training:
Training will continue on Thursday nights but we will temporarily move over to:

Morang South Primary School
77 Gorge Road,
South Morang
Training is now 5:30pm-6:30pm
